  • Can I ship gifts to multiple addresses in one order?
    Yes! We can absolutely help you ship to multiple addresses — just reach out to one of our account managers to get started. We’ll make it easy for you to send thoughtful gifts across the U.S.
  • Can I add a logo or branded element to the gift box?
    Absolutely — we love working with clients on branded or personalized touches. Let us know what you’re envisioning, and we’ll walk you through the options.
  • Can I customize what’s in the gift box?
    You sure can. Our ‘Create Your Own’ feature on the site lets you handpick each item for your gift. For larger or branded orders, our team can help fully customize the experience.
  • Can I include a custom note or card?
    Every gift includes a handwritten or printed message of your choice — just add it during checkout or email us with the details.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Venmo, Afterpay, affirm and shop pay through our secure checkout.
  • Do you offer bulk or corporate discounts?
    Yes — we offer special pricing for large or corporate orders. Reach out to our team and we’ll create a custom quote for you.
  • Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
    At the moment, we do not offer local pickup, but we’ll ship directly to your doorstep or recipient’s address anywhere in the U.S.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    We currently ship within the U.S. only. If you’re hoping to ship outside the U.S., reach out — we may be able to assist on a case-by-case basis and for corporate gifting
  • How long does shipping take?
    Most orders ship within 1-3 business days depending on the gifting season, and delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on the location. Need it faster? Let us know!
  • Can I schedule a delivery date in advance?
    Yes! You’ll be able to select your preferred ship date at checkout so your gift arrives right on time.
  • Can I hide the pricing from the recipient?
    Yes — we never include pricing inside our gift boxes. Your recipient will only receive your thoughtful gift and note.
  • What does the packaging look like?
    Our boxes are thoughtfully wrapped and always finished with our signature ribbon. They’re made to be gifted, no wrapping needed.
